The steel used in this is high grade, and each of the connectors, joints and framework is processed through a vigorous 13 step Rhino Shield Surface prep process, making it extra strong and tough.

Professional grade 2" all steel framework is used in the preparation of this shade canopy, and is held in place by DuPont thermostat. Additional baked on powder coat finish prevents peeling, chipping, rusting and corrosion. The portable canopy has a one piece fitted; fully valance polyester fabric cover which is doubled stitched and seam sealed to provide flawless seams. Completely treating the shade canopy with UV and adding fade blockers reduces its susceptibility to tarnishes of ageing and fungal blemishes, and additionally grants it safety against the wrath of the elements.

The instant canopy comes in a sturdy 8 legged design which comes together quick and easy due to the slip together swedged tubing and pop rivet connections, making the assembly easy as pie.  Innovative gust buster at the peak enhances the flow of air traffic, hence making the environment airy and light. It is CPAI 84 Section 6 Compliant for FR Rating.
